April 27, 2015 | TRICAP PROPERTIES has completed its move to a new head office in the Valleywood Business Park. This site, a 1980’s-era industrial building fronting Woodbine Avenue just north of Highway 7, was acquired in 2013 with the intention of adding value to the asset, while maintaining as much of the original structure as possible. It was the perfect location to accommodate our growth and meet our space requirements, as well as an opportunity to meet the demand to provide prime office and industrial rental space in the area.
A design competition was initiated to meet the needs of TRICAP PROPERTIES and its tenants. After 6 months of design review, 3 months of demolition and a 12-month construction period, a new state-of-the-art facility was created. The quality, efficiencies, and attention to detail showcase characteristics of the “Building Trust” brand that we always strive to provide to our clients. We are proud of our unique complex, blending our own offices with a design accommodating other users in both office and industrial premises.
