TRICAP PROPERTIES has roots dating back to the early 1980’s when the Czapka family began to assemble land in the Northern regions of the Greater Toronto Area. In addition, industrial product land was accumulated to service the growing needs of a family owned manufacturing business. As the manufacturing business grew and expanded within Ontario and outside Canada, so did the real estate business portfolio.
